What a tour is
A Walkly tour is a photoreal CGI reconstruction of an apartment, made from its listing photos and floor plan. Layout, furniture and finishes follow the photos. Corners that no photo shows are built from the plan and kept plain. A tour is for showing an apartment, not for measuring it. Each tour carries a small note that it is a reconstruction; keep it visible.
Your photos and plans
By sending them you confirm that you may use them for this purpose. Listing photos often belong to the photographer.
The free demo
We build one demo tour for free within 3 days of getting the listing. You can put it live at no cost, with no obligation to order more.
Timing
Once you are happy with the demo, your other apartments are done within 7 days. For a large portfolio we agree a schedule with you before we start.
Prices and payment
Prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars, paid once per tour.
Corrections
Two rounds of corrections that bring a tour closer to the photos are included. New furniture or a different finish is priced like a restyled version.
Hosting
We host your tours with no monthly fee for as long as Walkly operates. You always get your own copy of the tour files, so you can host the tour anywhere.
